If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call yeanice.com Customer Care (888-618-0353) for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of receipt of product. The product must be returned within 15 calendar days of the issuance of the RA number. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product. Product must be unworn, and unused, in original packaging in sellable, mint condition. Any product that is returned, and doesn’t fit these standards will not be accepted. Further, all sales are final, you may have an exchange refund only. If you do ship a YEA.NICE product back you must pay for the shipping.

Follow these simple steps for a prompt refund:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization number by calling Customer Care at 888-618-0353; please have your invoice or packing list handy when placing the call.
  2. Securely package item(s) in original packaging ( including documentation, manuals, hangtags, warranty information, registration, etc.)
  3. Include the packing list in the box.
  4. Please write RA number on outside of package. For your protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages.
  5. Once your return is received and verified, we will usually ship within 15 business days of receipt.


All products being returned must have a Return Authorization number in order for a prompt exchange refund. Product must be returned within 15 days of issuance of Return Authorization number. Original freight charges are not refundable.

Note: We only accept returns on items purchased from yeanice.com. Items purchased from an Authorized Yea.Nice retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.
